Public advisory: Hunters advised to use caution in Site C project areas
BC Hydro is reminding hunters to be careful and refrain from using firearms in Site C project areas.
With the planned filling of the reservoir this fall, we are also asking everyone to stay away from the reservoir.
During reservoir filling and for at least one year afterwards, there could be strong currents, waves, submerged hazards, and floating woody debris. The shoreline will also be prone to sudden erosion, especially in steep or unstable areas.
